Many people have come to rely on fads and diets as their “go to” method to feel better about their body. This session will give you new ways to love your body and comfort yourself by tapping into the power of your subconscious mind. Most people are not taught to love their bodies when they are growing up which is why some people turn to alcohol, marijuana, drugs, prescription and medicine as a quick form of relaxation and escape. This session will support you in loving who you are, the way you are.
